Privacy at SPARKS
We keep this short and honest. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
When you enroll a student through our sign-up form, we collect only what we need to run the program and mail packages:
- The student's first name and grade level
- A parent or guardian's email address
- A mailing address, so we can send each student's book and activity package
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to enroll your student, communicate session details with a parent or guardian, and mail materials before each meeting. That's it.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never share it outside the SPARKS team. All communication goes through a parent or guardian — never directly to a child.
How the form works
Our sign-up form is hosted on Google Forms, and responses are visible only to the SPARKS team. Google processes the submission on our behalf; you can read Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
Questions or removal requests
You can ask what we have on file, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just email becca@sparkslearning.org and we'll take care of it.
