Where Your Money Goes
We're a lean, volunteer-run program. Each session costs about $300 — every dollar goes directly to students.
Books
Every student receives their own copy of our current read to keep. We choose titles featuring diverse characters, brave protagonists, and stories that open new worlds.
STEM & Craft Supplies
Coding kits, art supplies, science materials, seeds for herb gardens — the hands-on project materials that make every session come alive and connect books to the real world.
Mailed Packages
We ship everything directly to each student before every session — books, supplies, and materials. The postage alone is part of what makes SPARKS magical. Opening the box is half the fun.
